MeL includes gateways to: Books and reading, business and jobs, genealogy, health and wellness, kids, legal, reference desk, teens, jobs and career accelerators, full  text magazines and newspapers, test and tutorials for the GED, ACT, careers, etc.

Mel Databases are FREE commercial  databases just for Michigan Residents.  The Library of Michigan has purchased over thirty commercial databases which are available free-of-charge to Michigan residents.  Some databases are accessible from home, some you need to access from within our library.  See instructions for Remote Access.
